URA is Singapore’s key agency for land-use planning and urban development, recognised globally for its long-term and integrated approach to city planning. By guiding master plans, optimising land use, and shaping a livable and efficient urban environment, URA has been central to Singapore’s transformation despite its land constraints.
This visit provides insights into how Singapore leverages planning frameworks, policies, and public–private collaboration to achieve urban renewal, offering valuable perspectives for enterprises involved in real estate, urban development, community building, and sustainability.
